Never forget how hard it is!
“If there is one presentation you get to hear this year, go and see Cameron.
Your business will thank you.
The ways in which he unpacked purpose, culture, identity and trust are mind-blowing.”
Last night we co-hosted a workshop with keynote presenter Cameron Schwab, Founder of designCEO. Cameron shared his personal and professional insights into what it takes to be a successful CEO/Leader in today's business world.
Cameron is the second longest serving CEO in the modern game. Having taken on some of the sport’s most difficult and daunting challenges, he established a track record of building teams and organisations, unifying groups while navigating periods of genuine adversity and complexity. He is a legacy-focused leader who has bounced back from setbacks, taking on the sport’s most challenging leadership roles.
“Our thinking builds on the core philosophy that people, teams and organisations
do not rise to the level of their goals, they fall to the standard of their systems.”
At this evening workshop, Cameron presented around his personal trademark “Finding Something”, an honest, disarming and personal account of the deep challenges of leadership, navigating change and building trust in teams and organisations.
Cameron’s goal is much more than an ‘engaged’ experience. His hope is that you will be reaching for your pens, writing down quotes and messages, taking photos of the slides and models that are presented, and immediately seek ways to introduce the learnings to your organisations.
The designCEO offering is for leaders and their teams, built by leaders for leaders.
Our offerings are the product of the lived leadership experience, understanding the deep sense of responsibility that comes with leadership, but also the pressure, complexity and sense of overwhelm that so often diminishes confidence, reduces courage and stifles creativity.
We offer a deep and personal learning experience, ensuring that leaders have the means to lead with authenticity, the key to establishing high levels of personal trust.
I sincerely believe our offering is a game changer for leaders. They are an immersive, and intense experience that are immediately applicable.
