With over 40 years’ experience in business consulting and executive search, I specialise in Board and C-suite appointments, leadership coaching, and guiding businesses through periods of growth, succession, and transformation.

I’ve worked with companies across a wide range of industries—from emerging start-ups and family-owned enterprises to established private and ASX-listed organisations with turnovers between $15 million and $250 million. I’ve also had the privilege of helping several businesses prepare for IPO, giving me a front-row view of what it takes to scale successfully.

At Foley Durham, our team combines deep expertise across Private Equity, Family Office, M&A, Legal, Accounting, and Finance markets. Together, we help clients make confident leadership and investment decisions that align with their growth strategies.

Coming from generations of family-run businesses, I have a personal appreciation for the dynamics and challenges of mid-cap and private companies—from succession planning and executive renewal to trade sales and productivity improvement.

I’m a member of the CEO Institute and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and currently serve as a Non-Executive Director for one of Tasmania’s largest aged care providers.

Outside of work, I’m a passionate cyclist and lifelong sports fan, following football, rugby union, and the AFL.
