Jason is Managing Director and founder of Foley Durham. He has over 20 year's experience acting as the trusted advisor to many CEOs and Boards across ASX listed, Private Equity and SME's in Australasia.  Business-centric and people focussed, Jason has ambitions of growing a leading executive search and board advisory firm that offers global reach across Australasia.  As a business leader, Jason networks with many business leaders who are deemed 'captains of industry' offering discrete, honest and timely counsel on a range of complex business topics. 

Jason was educated at The Geelong College, completed a Bachelor of Commerce, has a Graduate Diploma in Marketing and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. After graduating from University, Jason spent three years working in Investment Banking in London and he has subsequently built a solid reputation in executive search within Australia. He is an avid cyclist, a passionate football supporter, an MCC member and member of The Athenaeum Club, The Royal Melbourne Golf Club and Anglesea SLSC. 

Richard is a Partner for Foley Durham in Melbourne.  He has more than 20 years' experience in conducting C-Suite, senior executive and board appointments in the public, ASX, Private Equity, and private businesses across multiple sectors.

Richard is passionate about finding and appointing senior talent who strive to effect genuine business change and organisational growth. Recent appointments include Chief Information Officers and Chief Technology Officers, CFOs and CEOs, Chairpersons and NEDS, General Counsel, Heads of Business Transformation, Sales & Marketing Directors, General Managers and numerous senior functional and business partner roles.

Before joining Foley Durham, Richard was the Practice Lead for a leading technology executive search practice in Melbourne. Previously, Richard joined a large, national publicly listed executive recruitment business in Sydney in 2001. In 2005, Richard transferred with this group to Melbourne as a Principal in the Technology team and later in 2007 was promoted to Associate Director.

Anna is responsible for the overall operations of Foley Durham including Office and Relationship Management, Accounting, HR, Events and Communications, as well as providing executive administrative support to the Foley Durham team. Anna independently drives a number of efficiency projects which includes developing internal systems and processes that combine innovative solutions with practical and usable tools for the team.

Before joining Foley Durham, Anna held executive administrative positions within the commercial flooring and furniture industries. Anna has also worked within the Not-For-Profit sector supporting CEO’s and Board Members on a national level.
