Today we co-hosted a boardroom lunch at Evans & Partners with Alastair Price (Investment Advisor) and keynote presenter Tim Boyle (Group MD, Blackhall & Pearl) who provided a practical insight into what to look for in joining a public company Board, what makes a successful Board, the traits of successful NEDs/Chairs and, in addition, the due diligence required to identify potential danger signs before deciding to join a particular Board.
