As a result of rapid expansion and growth of the business into operations, the company now seeks to appoint a proven General Counsel & Company Secretary to be based in the Melbourne H.Q. We are seeking a seasoned General Counsel & Company Secretary.
To be considered for this role, you will be appropriately tertiary qualified, have a proven track record within ASX listed companies, Materials, Metals & Mining industry experience would be highly regarded.
